Journaling With Jewelry

Embracing Family is joining with Adoptic Art and Jewelry to invite the public to take a journey with their jewelry.  Imagine all the broken pieces of once cherished jewelry  coming back to life.  Make a necklace, bracelet, anklet, pendant, or earrings from the neglected and abandoned pieces forgotten in your jewelry box!                          

Barbara Gail is an experienced and passionate artist.  Barbara will help the group create wonderful new pieces of art. During this unique and one-of-a-kind workshop, you and your friends can work together and with Barbara to make a collage of the past and a new wearable piece.  

Bring your broken or old pieces of jewelry and convert them into a unique creation of your own with a little help from jewelry maker and owner of Adoptic ARt-Jewelry.  Expertise, tools,wire and closure provided.         

Turn your child’s artwork on paper into a masterpiece using a canvas and polymer medium and other materials.  After the workshop you will have a “painting” to take home ready to hang on your wall as well as the skills to make future art creations from your children’s school pictures come to life on your walls instead of just on your refrigerator or bulletin board.

Remember: You can ask for a custom designed workshop to address the needs of your staff and family. An EF consultant will meet with you and then create a staff development seminar that touches the issues and concerns you identify.
