Deborah Hill, MFT, ABD:  Embracing Family Owner  
Deborah received her BA and special education teaching certification from Rowan University.  After teaching for several years, Deborah began her graduate work at MCP Hahnemann University.  In 2002, Deborah received her masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.  Ms. Hill has experience with individual, couple and family development.  Deborah is currently a 5th year doctoral student in Drexel University's Couple and Family Therapy Program.  Deborah has presented seminars and workshops for school districts and mental health agencies throughout the state of NJ.  In addition to operating Embracing Family, Deborah is also an adjunct sociology and psychology professor at Camden County College, Gloucester County College, and Rowan University and St. Joseph's University.  Debbie is the former talk show host of Keeping It Real In Relationship With Debbie Hill on WNJC 1360.












Josh Saper, BA:  Josh received his bachelor's degree in business from Rutgers University with a minor in psychology.  Mr. Saper owns and operates Choice Martial Arts Academy in Marlton NJ and is part owner of More than Gifts, a store also located in Marlton.  In addition to writing a comprehensive curriculum for all ages in mixed martial arts, Josh hosts seminars on various topics including team-building; student leadership; staff safety; and self-defense.  Mr. Saper and Ms. Hill have worked together to create a character development camp for children between the ages of 4 and 12.

Lexi Mitchell, MA:  Lexi's specialty area is behavior in the classroom.  Lexi has been working with urban city children for over 25 years.  She has developed techniques and methods that promote family involvement and invests children in their own learning.

Lillian C. Otterstein MEd.:  Lillian recieved her BA degree in Psychology from Rutgers University and her MA in Education with an emphasis in Community Counseling from Trenton State College.  Over the past 28 years,  Lillian has been in a day program environment working with adults with mental retardation and multiple disabilities while providing clinical supervision to direct care staff. 

Currently,  Lillian consults and provides educational and interactive training in sensitizing professionals and members of the community to people with disabilities; Assitive Technology/Augmentative Communication; First Aid and CPR.  Lillian offers many years of experience working with families who care and are responsible for adult children in both the home and residential setting. 

Lillian is also an adjunct psychology professor for Holy Family University teaching courses that have a focus on disabilities and developing empathy, understanding and acceptance toward the handicap population.  Lastly, Lillian has experience teaching special needs children and working with adolescents in residental and shelter facilities.



Amy Moore, MFT:  Amy is a Marriage and Family therapist.  For several years, Amy has been involved with the adoption and fostercare services.  Exposing professionals and the community to the concerns of this population of people is of great importance.
